Our biggest aim at UGAP is to ensure we make a positive impact in the lives of all Girls. We exist to achieve a significant and lasting impact on the lives of children, adolescent girls, and young women, and to secure equality for girls and women. We challenge ourselves to be bold, courageous, responsive, focused, and innovative.

We respect all people, appreciate differences, and challenge inequality in our programs and our workplace. We support children, girls, and women to increase their confidence and change their own lives. We empower our staff to give their best and develop their potential.

At UGAP International, we consider partnership as one of our key organizing principles; we are, therefore, committed to developing, maintaining, and nurturing partnerships, including alliances and linkages- with institutions and individuals who identify our vision and mission.
